When adding an existing parent to a new scout in our Pack, I search for that parent in the existing user section and set permissions. At the bottom of the form, above the Invite and Cancel buttons, the message states to “use the credentials and temporary password you see in this email”. Does Scoutbook really reset their password? Am I setting up the connection incorrectly?
I’d say it shouldn’t, but if it does, let us know.
