2 Applications for one scout - how to get refund

I have a new Scout who inadvertently had both parents submit online applications.

I have already accepted one application at my.scouting.org and the scout has already appeared in Scoutbook for my Pack. There is now a second application for the scout available at my.scouting.org.

In this case, should I reject the second application? If I do reject the second application, will the second parent be refunded the $56.65 that was paid?

Probably need to talk to council and DE - otherwise they will just assign the application to another unit
