Receiving failed status code 409 error for member ID 141904535 when I try to check off the Race Time (Wolf) Adventure in this profile. Thank you for your help.
@KaitlinNorth not sure we have enough details. Are you going to the scout profile and clicking the adventure? Is the Quick entry? when exactly (step by step) does this happen?
Here is my current process. I am in Scoutbook Plus, clicking on Roster, clicking on that profile, clicking on Race Time (Wolf), entering completion date for the first requirement, checking the marked as Approved/Recorded box, clicking save. At that point I am getting the error attached and the system will not save the advancement as approved.
@DonovanMcNeil reaching out to see if I provided enough info in my last post and if there is a fix for this issue. Thank you for your time.
The developers have this issue in their backlog.
