# A parent cannot access calendar events

I have a new parent in our troop that cannot access calendar events. When she clicks on the event it sends her back to her dashboard. She can see titles and the calendar view, but can’t see the detail view. Her BSA is is 14143903.

One thing that appears to be incorrect, though it shouldn’t hurt, is that she is connected as a Father to the Scout - and her BSA ID gender is incorrect. I suggest reaching out to your Council to have the record fixed there - then we can have her reconnect properly.
