An applicant for our troop entered the wrong date of birth for her daughter when filling out her application on my.scouting.com. She accidentally typed in her own birthday instead of her daughter’s. Now she can’t get through the application process because she already has an account under her one email address with all of the pertinent info attached to the wrong DOB. Can anybody recommend a way she can change that so she can get her application completed?
Is she actually filling out the app yet or just creating a my.scouting account? If the latter, she should be logging in as herself first. Then, when filling in the app, it’ll be obvious where to enter her daughter’s info.
I’m not clear on that. Will ask her.
