I am working with a Sea Scout who is very close to making Quartermaster, but his Scoutbook Plus record suddenly says he only has 15 percent of the requirements completed. Before the last requirement change this year, he was at 90+ percent. How do I remedy this discrepancy? Scout’s BSA ID is 13509508.
At the top of the QM page there should be a version selector. I would change version, document what is done, and then apply what is appropriate to the new version.
So…anything I recorded there previously is GONE??? It’s like his QM record was wiped clean…in both versions.
so did you record the items on the old version or on the new version?
I recorded them first on the older version, then reviewed how those accomplishments were brought over to the new version and made some corrections. Now all my comments and almost all my approvals are gone.
Looking at a version of the database like 2 months old the scout is sitting at 15% there. I have never seen requiremnets just disappear without user action, but I will see if I can find anything.
