Issue. Den leader 140840588 can’t add advancements to her son 140840587. She has access to other members in den.
Different error messages when parent 140244714 access her son 137458593. Was working prior and can’t add her to relationship to her son.
Dem leader not being able to approve advancements for their children is a known issue.

What error is occurring when trying to add the relationship?
Different issue each time including: Person does not exist (sometimes see it but is grayed out). The phone person doesn’t exist and on and on.
I can’t report issues without the exact error message and the Scouting America Member IDs (no names) for the members involved.
Parent 140244714. Failed to find member matching scout criteria and under Known Scouting ID the phone you are trying to add is empty name appears but is greyed out.
MID 140244714 appears to be a youth because the DOB has a year of 2016.
It appears there are 4 MIDs for this person based on the first name and e-mail address.
