I have a Lion that just completed his rank requirement. He did not recharter with us and has not joined a new unit yet. Our scout year ends in May but our recharter is in March. Is there any way to award his rank and have it reflected in his record? I no longer have access since he did not recharter. I really would like to award him the rank since he completed all requirements.
If the Lion award was previously marked approved, you can add him to your roster via Scoutbook and produce a purchase order and advancement report from Scoutbook. If the Lion rank was not previously approved, you will need to use a paper advancement report to purchase the award.
