I am a Scout Master. When I go into a pending merit badge for one of my scouts, I receive the following message: You have encountered a problem with this feature. Please clear your cache and try again. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact your council. I have checked my permissions and have everything for advancement. This is in Scoutbook Plus.

I use Duck,Duck, go. I will try it with Edge

I just have an issue with downloading an unknown browser to my computer.
@JudiPlatt - chrome and firefox are not unknown browsers and I suspect the issue is with duck-duck go
Thanks. I downloaded Chrome. It wants a google password. I don’t have one and I don’t want one. So now what? I really don’t want to run Chrome. I have had no issues with Edge or Duck, Duck, Go until this weekend.
@JudiPlatt - you do not need a google password to run chrome. Forget chrome.. try an incognito or private session in edge. You do realize the edge would like a microsoft login.. but i gather you have not sen that yet.

My Assistant Scoutmaster got into the merit badge. So it must be something with me. Which is interesting because I got in to a pending merit merit badge with Troop 411 on Saturday without any issue.
@JudiPlatt - you are scoutmaster of both units ? I have tried multiple scouts and multiple pending MB and had no issue so not likely a system issue.
I am the scoutmaster of Troop 412 and I am a Key 3 delegate and ASM and Committee Member for Troop 411, Cubmaster for Pack 412. I wear a lot of hats.
