# Account access

This scout is not able to reset his password and access his scoutbook account. Password reset does not work, I’m told.

Can someone here help?

@RichardFriesner I would have them try username and password at [my.scouting.org](http://my.scouting.org) \> if that fails try forgot password there \> or they can use the BOT at bottom right of that screen to reset password
