Account Help (multiple council transfers)

Hello!

It’s been more than 48 hours since I submitted a trouble ticket, and I really need to send out an email to the Troop ASAP. Is there anyone that can help me here? My account was fine last week, but now it’s stripped. my.scouting.org is fine and I am listed as a unit commissioner (as I should be) but I am not connected to my sons and thus the troop or district anymore in SB. Even my “About Me” is gone. We are a military family, so this was the third council in a year.

Member Care is still backed up. We do not know how long it will be until the backlog is cleared.

I figured it out. Logged in under the old username and password before SSO was mandatory. Then reconnected again using SSO. I’ll update the trouble ticket.
