A mom is trying to see her daughter account. Somehow she got linked to a Google account even though she specifically said not to link. She unlinked them on the Google side but now login is stuck in a loop. Moms is 142186594

@ElainePosanka Have the user log in at my.Scouting.org and go to “My Account”. There, the user should have the option to switch to Scouting America credentials.
If she is unable to switch to Scouting America credentials, she will need to contact the local council for assistance, and they will probably need to submit a help ticket to National on her behalf.
