Activity Log entry issue - no scouts appear to be added on group event

Hello,

I was attempting to log an entry into the activity log this week. I am able to add the event, but when I click the “add person” button, nothing is returned. In the past, a list of troop members would appear for assignment.
I am providing screenshots of my access for activity logs as well as the ‘add person’ entry. My id is 132417931 and i was under my Troop 85 Boys Committee Member position.

Usually when I get a “No Data” box there, I have to clear cache. Have you tried that, an incognito/private browsing window or both?

@RichardKent - sometimes just a hard refresh will bring in the list of members

i cleared my cache with no luck. Also seeing the issue on my mobile when accessing scoutbook+ via the web.

@RichardKent - perhaps the SUAC may be able to spot some issue

What is SUAC? Oh geesh, a 20 character minimum??

@RichardKent it really looks like cache - all your settings look fine (unless your positions are in conflict or something) - try an incognito window just to rule it out please

I just switched to our girls troop where I have key 3 delegate authority and it works. I think it’s security issue.
