Activity Permission Setting vs. Functionality

Still unable to access weeks after changes to settings were made.

Permission check box selected for Activity as “Create/Remove/Edit/Approve”. However, Scoutbook Plus does not show + to add Activities, and user is unable to edit or update any existing Activities. Error message shows “This is a group activity.”

How long ago was the change made? I’ve seen it take a little over a day to “stick” in a few cases.

If you provide the Member ID (no names please!), the SUAC may be able to look into it more to see what the issue might be.

ETA: I’m assuming the person assigning the permissions hit the right “Apply Changes” button? I’ve mixed them up a couple of times, depending on which permissions interface I used from SB+.

@TrishaStahl - is this person new at this? Is the person also a parent? It would be best if this individual posted in this thread. Working with a third party is counter productive

@TrishaStahl was APPLY also clicked? What is the user Member # (no names)
