Added Parent to scouts shows (Initiated)

I am Key3 Leader

I have a parent that can not see (2) of her kids/scouts.
She is listed in Scoutbook at parent for all scouts but missing on (2) in SB+.
I added her as parent to then in SB+ but it just states (Initiated)

Scouts:
-132166598
-132579350

Parent:
-12417449

@MichaelFish1 that means the Parent has not clicked on the email the system sent them

THANKS!! Yeah I thought it might be something like that but this is the first time I have done it and saw others posts stating issues so I thought better safe then sorry.
