After 2nd parent is added, I then click on “edit profile” to add address & phone, Scoutbook Plus won’t finish loading, it says undefined twice. See screen shot below. I have tried many time to do a hard refresh. The screen refreshes, but it still looks like the image below. I have 10 parents with the same issue. Also not getting a Member ID number for these ten parents.

First guess is they have never taken action on accepting the invite - therefor never setting up account to Get a MID from the system
Most of my parents never accept their invite, but I have always been able to go back and add their address & phone. In May 2024 I didn’t have this problem.

I agree this is an issue - I just had a 2nd parent reach out to me about this as well to add them to our pack (scoutbook) emails
