One of the parents in our troop is a registered leader. She is linked to her son, but we can not link her to our troop. Searching for her by her name, email and/or BSA ID from the Add Leader feature returns no results. Our council office has not been able to get her linked to our Troop either.
Her BSA ID is 14146691. Our Scoutbook UnitID is 46853.

@DavidRoss5 This user is not registered as an adult leader. Also, her YPT is expired (03/24/2024).
Thank you. I’ll get with her and our registration coordinator and have them figure out what is up with YPT and the registration.
