Adult leader doesn"t get email

When I select this adult leader, I get the below error. If I select the back button, it will return me to the troop roster which will allow me to select that adult leader. Usually, it will bring up his profile.
When I send a message to the adults in the troop this leader will never get the message. If he sends a message, it will go out to the addressees, but he will not get a copy of his message. Please feel free to reach out if you need additional information.

@SamuelGrinvalsky - if you do a shift-refresh on that page it will load the page.

@SamuelGrinvalsky Here is what is happening: the same e-mail address is being used by 3 different people, and 2 of those users are opted out of e-mails from Scoutbook.

The local council should be able to assist. Or they can submit a help ticket to National.
