Adult leader had two accounts

Had an adult leader that had two accounts. I’m guessing that a maintenance session combined the two. only issue is that there is no email address in the new profile. try to add it and am told that that email already exists for another account/profile. Need to be able to put email back into profile.

Any suggestions???
