Adult Leader Merged BSA IDs - Cannot see Den

I’m Pack CC and have a Webelos Den Leader who has multiple BSA IDs. She followed the posted instructions to add both of her BSA IDs to her profile in my.scouting and mark the trained leader BSA ID as primary. Now, she logs in to Scoutbook and cannot see anything past the “administration > my account” screen (which all leads to no where).
