I have given my two assistant scoutmasters permission to access the advancement. However when I access the unit roster they are now showing up five times as: advancement approver, advancement awarder, advancement editor (includes youth leadership), assistant scoutmaster, and MBC List. Is there a better way to do this and not have them showing up five times?
@JohnBurnham you mean under the Position columns they show like this?
That is just a list of the positions - the user is just listed once.
or do you mean roster at my.scouting.org?
That is the same - it is showing all the positions
