I have an adult that missing from by Scoutbook plus roaster and is in my. Scouting Roaster.
Is this something that need to be fixes in the background or is it something I can fix.

@lisaLudwig I have fixed this, but basically the user is multiple registered in 2 councils, and so he needs 2 Scoutbook accounts (one for each council).
You might need to wait up to 24 hours.
