Adult received notification of email being used with a different account

Hello,

Adult Leader 11417046 received a notification his email is being used with another account. Can you please check to see and merge accounts if needed? He is our SM

His e-mail address is also on his son’s Scoutbook account. The Scout can login to his Scoutbook account using his my.scouitng.org ID and change his e-mail address in Scoutbook by going to My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → Email
