Adult trying to submit online application error

I have a volunteer trying to submit an online application. The system is giving her an error that I have not seen before. Is there a bug somewhere?

Member ID of adult applying is 137222000.

Is it because the person does not have YST? This is a council question I think.

She has current SYT.

@scouter_marisol Does this user have 2 first names? Or 2 middle names? I find 3 member ID numbers for her.

137222000 has no training - so it might be a different MID
