I am the approved advancement chair for two units. And I am realizing that I can only see advancement for one unit. There are advancement items on the one unit I can see, but when I click into the approval report for the other one I cant see if anything is there. Is it because we just had a COH and no new advancement has been recorded?
I could see the purchase order and the needs awarding pages, but does there need to be advancement waiting for approval in order to see approval and purchasing report?
Do I assume if I cant see the need approval report for that unit because there is nothing to approve - shouldn’t I be able to open the report for that unit? Otherwise, I think I don’t have access to it.
