I’m assisting one of the units in my district with fixing an issue they are having where it tells them that advancements are disabled. They are Key 3 members and should have access automatically correct?
@JosephProvenzano - I think a bot more detail and even better if the unit leader(s) joined in the thread. If every item is noted as disabled they may be viewing scoubook plus as a district/council profile. Bobwhite n5-341-19
@JosephProvenzano Is the unit a Cub Scout pack? If so, are the Cub Scouts assigned to dens in Scoutbook Plus? More details would be helpful.
