I’m the Advancement Coordinator for our pack. Everytime I approve the advancements and create a Purchase Order, I create the Advancement Report. This morning, I approved 98 advancements and created the purchase order. When I went to create the Advancement Report however, just my son’s advancement was on the report, nothing else. There was 5 other scouts in his den that completed the same advancement at the same time, but their, nor the other 92 advancements were generated. Any thoughts?
@RyanGove You need one of your pack’s Key 3 (Cubmaster, Committee Chair, Chartered Org. Rep.) to go to my.Scouting.org and use the Position Manager to designate you as Unit Advancement Chair there.
Then you need to wait for the overnight sync to run. Afterward the overnight sync has run, they might want to grant you some other permissions as described in the New Features at the following:
