After Multiple: Scouts BSA Position instead of Youth Member

Hi,

A family in our Troop multipled their Scout into a unit from another Council for summer camp.
The Scout now no longer shows as a youth member on our roster. He is now listed as Scouts BSA for position. I cannot see him on our roster in Scoutbook Plus. He does show up on our roster in Legacy. How could this get resolved?

@4Scouts I have switched the member ID number on the Scout’s Scoutbook account back to 13738268, and the council back to Transatlantic.

I have also requested that a new Scoutbook account be created for the Scout in the other council, so that he will show up on their roster. However, the parents will need to understand that all advancements need to be reported to your troop, because the 2 Scoutbook accounts will not be synced.
