All my access in scoutbook was removed when i changed my primary Id as I was told to do

Back in august we were told to review and ensure that our Pin info was up to date. When I attempted to access the info, I could not. I was told by my council that I had 2 id’s and had to switch the primary ID.

I did and immediate lost all my access in scoutbook. I have attempted to add my old ID back and can not.

I have always had full access to the troop as I am the primary for updating records, courts of honor and the like. Per my last chat with my council, I was told to look for advice and a resolution on the forums.

Please help.
