I am a Cubmaster and all my scouts are missing from scoutbook plus both in the pack and troop I have tried every way to filter but they are still missing my assistant cubmaster cant see them either.

Same here. Cub scout information is not showing on the Roster found on the Home Page of Scoutbook Plus.

Try resetting your filters. If that does not work, I suspect a cache issue. Try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window which starts with a clear cache.
What browser are you seeing this on?
I hit the reset filters button. It worked.
Same is happening on mine. I show no one on my roster? I am using chrome.

My is the same. Can use quick entry to enter awards and see the members but roster is blank
Fix has been found you have to make sure all the boxes are checked under the filter - renewal status
