We have several Eagle Scouts in our Crew 2013 that are working toward their Venturing Ranger Award. All of their completed requirements have disappeared with the transition to the updated requirements in Scoutbook plus. I hope it is not all lost. This was a significant amount of information. One of the scouts with the lost information is , BSA #129602290, he was about 80% complete with the award and now it shows 0%. Please advise.

Please see the member numbers below of scouts in our Crew who have started the Ranger Award. Note that when I go to their individual award pages in Scoutbook plus, the progress bar for the Ranger Award shows progress, but as soon as you click on the award it goes to zero. The ones that I have yet to click on still show progress on that page.
