Another Missing Scout

Hello,
Back in May we removed some crossed over scouts from our roster by making them inactive. Thankfully one has decided to become active again. I tried to transfer him in and got the message “[Scout Name] have an active registration in this organization. There is no need to transfer.”

We did this before as and you did “a position sync for this Scout.” his BSA# is 137150856
