Another user using same email address (Seattle WA)


Just set up my SB account tonight and received this error when logging in for the first time. Any assistance is welcome.

@JeremySnook1 this is fixed - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with your correct BSA member ID number


I am getting the same error. I have been using SB for years so I’m not sure why it just started.

@MarceloCairo You will want to log out of Scoutbook, then log back in to see the change.

You have 2 ASM positions in Scoutbook, and they both need to be “position approved” by a Troop Admin. After a Troop Admin approves the position, I would recommend ending one of them.

The warning message is no longer showing and a leader already fixed the duplicate positions and approve the ASM one. Thank you very much for your help! m
