Anyone else having trouble entering in scoutbook plus

Hi there,

I’m a bear den leader. Full disclosure, I am not very tech savvy. I use a computer to enter for my roster. I had a new scout join. Previously I was able to assign them to my den but it is not allowing me to now. Scoutbook plus is also not allowing me to open any scouts to enter achievements. It worked for me perfectly 3 weeks ago.

@AnneGerard I assume you are using the **495 user name? Everything there should be fine.

With your “not tech savy” statement - have you had another unit leader watch you log in?

My advancement chair was having some issues as well. I think we figured it out. I’m not sure how my account became unassigned. The advancement chair was able to assignment to bears and then I was able to enter everything. So I think the problem is solved. Thank you!
