Hello, I am working on a desktop mac in chrome. We had 9 cubs transferred to our account. I have accepted 7 of them, but two of them receive an error message. The difference between these two applications and the others is that even though the guardian information is check marked in green as “completed” there is no content on the guardian information section. I assume that this is the issue so how do we resolve this? Do I need to ask the pack to re-enter those two applications in order to complete this transfer and accept the two scouts? _(If you are reporting an issue with My.Scouting, please include all of the following items so we can better assist you:_ _1) Hardware: Desktop or Mobile (if mobile, please be specific)_ _2) Operating system_ _3) Browser_ _4) Browser cache has been cleared or you are using a private browsing mode (aka Incognito Window in Chrome)_ _5) Member ID & Council of person affected_ _Thank you!)_ ---

In the past, the issue was that the parent wasn’t properly associated with the Scout in a backend database that only registrars can see / edit. ---

I synched some info between systems for the parent of each of those scouts. Give it overnight and then try again. ---

Thanks so much for your help! I logged back in and attempted to accept both scouts, but still received the error message. Should I give it until tomorrow? ---

I would assume the Application is locked and static - I would talk to council to send in a ticket I think - or maybe they can clear the apps to try again - perhaps you could
