Application Reassignment Button Not Present

  1. Hardware: Desktop
    *2) Operating system - Microsoft 11
    *3) Browser - Google Chrome (I also tried MS Edge - still nothing)
    *4) Browser cache has been cleared
    *5) Member ID & Council of person affected - 140747335 / Laurel Highlands Council #527

A youth application was submitted on line - paid in full.
The current status: waiting to be assigned. I go to the Application Manager for our council, pull up
information on the youth. The reassignment button is not present to complete the reassignment.
