Approval of Self Reported Activities

Some scouts are entering self-reported activities. Such as hikes, service hours, or camping completed outside of our troop. How am I notified that these need to be approved and approve them? Hopefully, there is a report like merit badges and rank requirements.

Finally found it. If I log into Internet Advancement, go into the Roster and click on pending items, it lists all the self-reported activities that need to be approved. Glad to see this function as I don’t want to get a lot of emails telling me to approve activities
