A question has come up about approving Eagle Palms when the Eagle Scout Board of Review is after the Scout’s 18th birthday. As you know, the Troop no longer sees the Scout in Scoutbook Plus. Is there a way to mark the Palms approved for their record?
If the unit does not see them council would have to enter them.

@KenTodd The troop should be able to see the Scout. They might need to change the filter to show 18+. If they have not registered the young adult as an Assistant Scoutmaster or Unit College Scouter Reserve, they should still be able to approve Eagle Palms. If they cannot, the local council can.
Currently there are no 18-21 or 18+ aged Scouts in the unit from what I see in Roster.
