Bug Fixes
- Citizenship in Society
- An issue that allowed Citizenship in Society (CIS) Merit Badge (MB) to be started in Scoutbook Plus after it was retired has been fixed. Scouts that started to work on CIS prior to February 27, 2026 are eligible to continue working on the MB and complete it prior by December 31, 2026. If the Scout has started working on CIS but did not start it in Scoutbook prior to February 27, 2026, the MB must be tracked via physical Blue Card and the Council registrar can enter the completion date. It will not be possible to track this MB in Scoutbook Plus.
- Sea Scout Duty to God Elective
- An issue that prevented entering comments on the Sea Scout Duty to God elective has been fixed.
New Features
- Calendar
- All new and existing Calendar events (when edited) with 1 or more youth invitees must have a minimum of 2 registered leaders over the age of 21 on the invite list. The SAVE EVENT button is disabled until 2 registered leaders are added.
- Payment Log Onboarding
- Onboarding has been enabled for Payment Log. This will allow units to setup their stripe accounts prior to the release of Payment Log on April 13, 2026. Note: New Stripe accounts are required to use Payment Log with Stripe, even if a unit already has one.
Key 3 and Key 3 Delegates will see the panel below when they click on
then select Settings in the upper right corner. If you do not see the panel below near the bottom left of the setting window a hard refresh to update the cache is needed.
