My Pack’s Cubmasters have directed that the Den Leaders are to be wholly responsible for all aspects of advancements, including recognition and procurement. Are Den Leaders able to generate advancement reports to purchase rank badges?
@etruongcao- no they are not as that is a pack task done by the advancement chair.

Den Leaders, per the Guide to Advancement, are responsible for all advancement, but as Stephen mentioned, it is the Pack that is responsible for purchasing the awards, not the Den Leaders.
