119371353 can not access any ASM functions. Any suggestions on what could cause this?

@TierraJones The position of ASM does not have any inherent permissions. However, in this case, the user does not have any positions in Scoutbook. A position sync should add the ASM position back in Scoutbook within 24 hours.
The user has 3 member ID numbers:

I recommend asking the local council to use the Registrar Tools to look up the user’s child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, please remove him as parent under any secondary MIDs. Then add him as parent under his primary MID: 119371353. This will help to prevent future issues, such as the creation of duplicate Scoutbook accounts.

To further clarify on this point: Your unit Key 3 and/or Unit Scoutbook Admins can set various permissions by first connecting you to the scouts in the unit and setting your permission “levels”, as described somewhat in this document:

The latter help page used to provide more detailed explanations of how permissions worked within classic Scoutbook (SB+ being a different animal altogether for permissions). Hopefully the 404 error is just temporary and it was moved rather than deleted altogether.
