ASM unable to approve requirements

I have an ASM who is showing permissions for all scouts, but wasn’t able to approve requirements for a Life scout tonight. Where the approval box is shows a little x for him instead. His MID is 135501213.

Because of this, I was approving the requirements for the scout in question & accidentally marked them off for their Eagle BOR. In the past, we could simply erase the date & save, but that isn’t working anymore. Can you please fix it for me? Scout’s MID is 136992297. Please & thank you!

@MelissaVallet- on the ASM what permissions are applied? On the EBoR do yiu get an error ?

@MelissaVallet that ASM has no additional permissions - so cannot approve - a key 3 would need to add them

@MelissaVallet Does clicking on the “X” to remove the date for the Eagle Scout BOR requirement not work?

I don’t see any way to do that. In the past, we could remove the date & save. That no longer works.

@MelissaVallet- can you click in that date box and back the date out at all.

@MelissaVallet Can you try clicking on the calendar icon (as in the screenshot you posted)?

When you click on the calendar an x appears, but it’s not obvious that you can click on it again & it’ll take you to clear the date. It’s fixed. Thank you all!
