How can I assign awarded to all the adventures that were generated on the latest report without having to go into every scout and manually click awarded? I recently took over the awards and advancement chair position and I am trying to get everything organized.
@KellyBistline for now all Approval/Purchasing/Awarding are best don on Legacy Scoutbook at scoutbook.scouting.com under Unit > Reports - in this case Needs Awarding
@KellyBistline Has your pack make you the Unit Advancement Chair? The best place is at my.Scouting using the Position Manager.
I was able to do that only for my son and nobody else. It seems I can award stuff in scoutbook plus, but it’s not allowing me to do anything with the rest of the pack in scoutbook.

I am listed as commitee member. Do I need to contact council for them to update my position?
@KellyBistline Your pack’s leadership should be able to do it at my.Scouting using the Position Manager:
Pack “Key 3”:
- Committee Chair
- Cubmaster
- Chartered Org. Rep.
If they have designated a Key 3 Delegate (can have up to 3), a Key 3 Delegate can also designate you as Unit Advancement Chair.
