Our assistant scoutmaster, BSA ID 13402784, does not have connection access to any scout except his own. He does show in Scoutbook and my.Scouting.org as Assistant Scoutmaster. Please advise.
Then an admin needs to go in and make the connections - they are not automatic - it is up to units to setup as they wish @JenSnyder736

I have Troop admin access and Connection Manager does not seem to work to find and connect him to scouts. Am I looking in the wrong place?
@DonovanMcNeil Where would the assistant scoutmaster role need to be “verified by the unit” to get the green shield next to their name?
Go to the Scouters profile > Positions > click the ASM one > as Admin click the Approve
