Attendance Report - CSV, missing delimiters

When selecting the CSV option from the Attendance Report, the output does not add the COMMA delimiter between all the YES/NOs. They all get strung together and end up in 1 column. It also is not exporting the blanks correctly (scouts who were not invited to that event), so the columns are off if I manually add the COMMAs.

I spoke too soon. The delimiters are good, but the scouts who were not part of the event are not exporting as null, so the entire rows are off/shifted. First and sixths columns should be blank.
