We have multiple existing events (Troop Meetings, Campouts, etc) with the Auto Add Future box checked. We added 12 Scouts to our roster from Crossover - none of them have been added to the events. Having to update each event manually.
How long ago did the new ones come into SB? Are they Repeating events? Is Unit selected or are Sub-units selected?
5 (1 was a Brand new Scout) of them were added to the Troop on Feb 23rd, and 7 were added yesterday
It was both repeating events (Troop meetings) and single events. It was for entire Troop - no Sub-Units selected.
What is Member # (no name) of the one added in Feb. What is a Date and name of an event they are not in?

If we transferred Scouts from Packs - should they be added to events with the Future button checked or is it only people new to Scoutbook (brand-new Scouts)
It all depends on your settings - that is what will have to be looked at
Was the Add new Scouts always checked? It does not work if you check it after the scouts have joined the unit

Is this a merged troop? were these events made when it was just a male troop?
Yes to both —It is only a few events (I already recreated the Troop meetings). I will just go and manually update them
@DuaneHorseman did anything odd happen with these scouts when you added them to patrols?
I am seeing this issue as well.
Scout 13677647 crossed over from AOL via myst transfer, was not added to event on 3/7/26, 3/27/26 or 4/17/26.
Scout 134664721 dropped from roster and was re-added, was not added to event on 3/7/26, 3/27/26 or 4/17/26.
All of these events had the auto add future youth box checked.
