Automated dues message on BeAScout pin

Professional here… Our units are working on updating BeAScout pins. One of them updated this morning and the pin preview in my.scouting has the following messaged in it, “*The majority of your Pack Dues go towards awards, advancements and patches, etc., while the remainder of the fee goes toward the program including the administrative and operating costs for the Pack.”

The pack did not put this there they cannot make it go away and I can’t see such a message in any other unit pins. They only did this today, so it’s not showing on the BeAScout website yet.

@ChristineMcDanal no staff looks at this - if you have a concern use other venues like a Membercare ticket or Engage (or whatever that staff discussion board is)

I don’t necessarily need “staff” to look at this. I would like to know if anyone else has this issue and if they found a solution.

Well it turns out that the unit turned on “include dues/fees explanations” in the automated welcome email settings in the Organization Manager. Apparently it adds the explanation to the pin as well.
