Award remains in the "To Award" list after marking it Awarded

I am having a problem with the Kayaking Award for Scout ID 136491969.

The Kayaking Award is in the Advancements “To Award” list for Scout ID 136491969. Selecting it and using “Award Item” to mark it awarded gives a “Success Awarded 1 Advancement for 1 Youth” message.

However, it remains in the “To Award” list.

If I go to the awards section of the Scout’s profile, I see the Kayaking Award under Recently Updated as awarded.

If I view all of the Scout’s awards, I see two entries for the Kayaking Award, one as Awarded and one as Approved.

Trying to open the Kayaking Award from either award card shows it as Approved, not Awarded.

Selecting the “Mark as Awarded” box and saving results in a “Success Advancement updated.” message.

However, the page refreshes and the Kayaking Award remains unawarded and it continues to show in the Advancements “To Award” list.

I would just mark the second as awarded for now if you want it gone.

I have tried, but I cannot mark it awarded. Is there another way for me to mark it awarded?
