Our counsel sends out emails that usually go into junk folders or just get lost in the mass of emails as a reminder to merit badge counselors to renew or they will get kicked out. No one sees these and everyone just gets kicked out and we don’t know it until we’ve lost another counselor. Then, I get to tell people the process to apply, again, as a merit badge counselor.
Could we have a way to put a banner at the top of the Merit Badge Counselor’s Scoutbook Plus that tells them to renew with a link to the right spot in myscouting to do so?
“Do you want to keep being a Merit Badge Counselor? Click YES or NO”
