I cannot generate any reports for my Unit. The headers print but the body is empty. If I go into Roster>Advancement>to Award I can see the list of Scouts and their awards with a purchase order next to them. I click on the most recent purchase order, scroll down, choose leader signature, Print Certificate and the pdf is blank. I’m at a loss. Please help. Adding: I am a Key 3 Delegate. The report which loads for a Scout not in my Unit is the Troop Recognition Report with the following checked: include awarded within date range and include not awarded regardless of date range.
@EmilieReese - so to clarify the on screen view of the reports have no data just header?
Correct except for the one described that loads a report for a Scout not in my unit.
@EmilieReese - you have the correct role selected in the upper right dropdown ? In my.scouting.org you can use your K3D roles to navigate the functionality there for the unit(s) ?
I can navigate between the B & G Units in my.scouting. I’m not quite sure I understand the right dropdown question. My husband is the SM. He went in under his account and is getting the same results I am. I sent an email to our counsel registrar (new to the registrar position) and he had the same result with headers loading but no data.

OK @EmilieReese I think you are talking 2 issues.
- Are you trying to print pocket certificates from a PO? If so what EXACTLY is happening.
- The Recognition report sounds like you are clicking the wrong things? Can you post a screenshot of the selections?
Also post the Member # of the user seeing these issues if it is not you.
- I cannot access the purchase order report. It tells me I haven’t created any reports. I can see PO numbers under Roster>Advancements>to award. I click the most recent PO number. It takes me to the actual PO. I try to generate the pdf for award certificates and the pdf is blank.
- The Advancement Report is the background but no data filled in.
- This is the ONLY report that fills with data and the scout is NOT in my Units.
I am the user seeing these issues. The SM sees the same issues from his account. The council registrar sees the same issues from his account. 3 separate accounts all seeing the same problems.
